All sessions are currently held via video link or phone. These are tested and effective communication methods for most problems I work with so please feel free to contact me to discuss if you are considering therapy at the moment

Introductory telephone discussion circa 15 mins: no fee

If you would like to pay using a private health insurance, please contact me, I am registered with most major UK health insurers e.g. Avivia, AXA etc.
Insurers and intermediaries: please contact for fee schedule
Concessions/reductions: There are some areas I have expertise in that not all therapists do – health anxiety and health anxiety in the context of functional bowel problems or inflammatory bowel disease. I hold some slots to therapeutically support those who may not be able to afford full fees, so please contact me to discuss concessions if you are in financial distress
